In many case of international shipping delays, the merchandise is in customs waiting to be claimed. About Auction Description: All pictures on our listings are that of the actual product except for some obvious stock photos occasionally used. If it’s not in the picture, it is not included unless specifically stated in the description that it is missing from the picture. If the item is reconditioned or refurbished then the auction description will clearly state this. 2. Does it work? The item is operational unless stated otherwise. 3. Is it still under the manufacturer warranty? If an item is listed as new, it may or may not be under manufacturer warranty. If it is a manufacturer that honors warranties without a retail receipt, then it may be in warranty. We do not have a list of those that do.
