It used but in really nice shape. Dial turns well, not stiff, sticky or loose. No rust, no tarnishing. Otherwise, Bright and shiny throughout. It’s in really nice shape. I tried to get as many representative photos as possible (tried to show all sides) so there won’t be any surprises.
