Our Refund Policy Faulty item will be dealt with in accordance with manufacturers warranty. Any cost to send item back will be refunded. The buyer must cover all cost of items bought in error. Terms and Condition The goods must be unused, in their original packaging. Goods that are heat sealed in the box cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened. The goods must be recieved back within 14 days. All goods sent back will be at the buyers cost exceptwhen the item is faulty or wrong item.
