Vintage 9 1/2’” X 2-1/2” Unbranded Steel Wood Plane Tool

The wooden tote handle does wiggle and lifts up about 1/16 of an inch off of the steel. There is wear to the black paint on the knobbed wooden handle. I’m thinking one screw may have been replaced as it has less wear and does not match the other screw. The plane stands approximately 4.5 inches. Please refer to the photos.
