Items comes complete with two hands, has most of its plating, no cracks or chips, and is a beautiful overall condition. Piece is 5 5/8” in diameter, and has an attachment measuring 2 1/4” long, and has an overall width of 2”. I have no way of testing this item to determine if it is functional.

Vintage Jas. P. Marsh & Company Altitude Gauge. This gauge was used to measure the height of water in feet, often in applications like boiler systems. Jas. P. Marsh & Company was a Chicago-based company that manufactured gauges and valves, established in 1865. This particular gauge indicates “B-Line Boiler Co. Cleveland, O.” on its face, suggesting its original use with a boiler system from that company. The “A.S.M.E. Standard” marking indicates that the gauge was manufactured in accordance with the standards by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. This antique gauge is the perfect display piece for historical industrial or nautical decor collections. In good vintage condition. 5.75” H x 4.5” W x 1.75”D

BIG VINTAGE STEAMPUNK ALTITUDE GAUGE ASHCROFT AMERICAN BRIDGEPORT CONN. 10-1/4″

BIG VINTAGE STEAMPUNK ALTITUDE GAUGE ASHCROFT AMERICAN BRIDGEPORT CONN 10-1/4″. Gauge looks great has lots of its plating left not sure if nickel plate or other. It’s rather large. It’s 10.25″ wide on the back and the face rises 2.75″. The face measures little over 9.25″. I could not find one with same maker, besides in 4 and 5 inch sizes. This ones ober 10″. You can see that it sat for a while. When i moved the red dial you can see the color change. I took a close up pic. Looks like the back side of the black dial is slightly bent. Its untested but a nice wall piece. It measures altitude. Not sure what this was removed from some type of airplane or something. It’s larger than others I have found. A odd gauge.
