Stanley 3/4″ socket style bevel edge wood paring chisel

There is no pitting anywhere. It is marked “STANLEY MADE IN USA” on the neck, with no other markings. The handle has been painted bright yellow. It appears to be the proper style, but doesn’t fit as far into the socket as you would like, although the yellow paint might be part of the problem.

Lightly used Narex Richter five (5) chisel set. Sizes 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, and 1”. These are great chisels and the only reason I’m selling is I have other chisels of similar sizes and need some room on my tool wall! Backs have been lapped and the primary bevel has been re-established at about 30 degrees (a good angle for both paring and chopping). Each have a small micro bevel of about +2 degrees. All chisels have a light coat of jojoba oil for protection. Chisels will be shipped individually wrapped in anti-rust Armor Wrap and edge protection.
