Our fair policy is this (unless stated otherwise in ad): Pickup is ONLY available Mon. – Fri. 9-5 (NO weekends; we do not stay late or come in early). You must let us know ahead of time when you can come and then receive acknowledgment that we have item ready for pickup as some items are in off site storage.
