for sale is a vintage 1960’s Bridgeport Boy scout axe hatchet. It is of steel construction. It has a bunch of the original red paint finish. It has a rubber grip handle. The total length of the hatchet is 12 3/4” long. The cutting edge measures 3” long straight across. The axe head measures 4 3/4” long front to back. There are some chips of metal missing on the hammer end, nothing too serious The rubber grip handle is solid and secure to the frame of the hatchet. Please see all pictures for condition.
