Vintage Boxed Set of 13 of premium Craftsman Solid Center Auger bits for Brace. All in excellent condition, all are straight, some look like they were never used. Spurs and screw points are fine and some bits still appear to be factory sharp. This 13 piece set is a high quality bit set. They were manufactured circa 1960 or so, nearly 65 years old. They were marketed by Craftsman and sold with a lifetime warranty in Sears Dept Stores. The vinyl box is in good condition. It has very nice spring loaded slots for each bit. And the sizes of each bit is embossed on the spring loaded base for each slot. Sizes are No 4 through No 16 or 1/4” through 1 inch in 1/16 inch increments.

There is also some miscellaneous auger drills that have brands from Russell Jennings, Irwin, T slack, millers falls etc.. there is also a couple brace bit counter sinks, they might need to be sharpened on a grinder. These bits are used and rusty, dirty, and could use a good clean up. So be sure to look at all pictures for condition as you are buying in used condition as is.
