RARE Antique C.E. Jennings 26″ Blade Hand Saw Made In New York USA

Offering a RARE original antique C.E. Jennings 4-nut hand saw with a wheat design wood handle. The blade measures 26″ long and has 7-1/2 teeth per inch. The saw has a solid wood handle, brass rivets and medallion, and the teeth are in good shape. The blade is straight, and the blade does not have any creases or missing teeth. Many photos of both sides for you to see the exact condition. And as you can see in the last photo, there is a little scribed pinwheel on the handle, which I thought was a neat touch. The Charles E. Jennings & Co. of New York, NY manufactured hand saws, auger bits, draw knives, tool chests and assorted goods for the woodworking trades, as well as offering at wholesale a variety of tools made by quality manufacturers. They had factories in Yalesville, CT, Port Jervis, NY and New Haven, CT., and they were in operation from 1878-1923, which means this saw is at least 100 years old. Given it’s age, it is in outstanding condition. Priced to sell….thanks for looking!
