The CS Osborne Co of Harrison NJ started in business in 1826 and is known for making quality tools. This webbing stretcher is made used hard maple wood and is very sturdy. It is 8″ in length and 3 1/4″ wide and 3/4″ thick. I used it once and found it to work very well.
