Note: F-275 is my inventory # only. This is a vintage U.S.A. made Central Tool Co. (don’t confuse with Harbor Freight). Here is a good working Central Tool Co. Series 0, no. 2252, 1/2″ drive click-type torque wrench. It will ratchet to tighten or loosen. This one is 1/2″ drive and has a range of 30 to 250 Ft. Lbs. There also is a M, Kg scale for 4.8 to 35.3.This tool is 20-1/2″ long and works as it should. There is a date on the handle of 11/78. The last 2 photos with the red pointer show there is a little rub spot on the head and an owner engraving. The rotating collar also will lock your setting if you turn it left to lock.
