Vintage Champion No 1 Blower Forge Hand Crank w/Base Lancaster Blacksmith

Used Champion No 1 hand crank forge blower in good condition. Turns freely and has been outside. Made in Lancaster PA. No cracks to blower or base. Wooden handle does have cracking but still good. Vintage Champion Drill Press 15-1/2” Flywheel Steampunk Curvy Spokes USA

Complete your restoration on your old drillpress or repurpose this fantastic 15-1/2 inch 26 pound cast-iron flywheel with curvy spokes and 1-9/16” arbor . The green paint is original. I cleaned most of the old grease off but dawn dish soap can only do so much. I didn’t want to use anything more aggressive that would damage the original paint.

Vtg CHAMPION No. 1 BLACKSMITH FORGE BLOWER Parts Housing, Fan & Motor Brackets

I saw one crack or C1 crack in one of the screw holes and did take a picture of that. If there are other cracks, I did not see them. This does not mean that none exists it means that I don’t see them and that might mean that there are no more cracks. The shaft hole for the fan is approximately 1/2 in in diameter. The overall diameter of the fan is approximately 8 and 1/2 in. The overall diameter of the fan housing not including the brackets is about 10 in. Please use pictures to help determine condition. The motor brackets were mounted right to the housing and there are screws in the housing for that.

Hard to find rectangular forge, blower works but needs a little repair there is also a small crack in the pan where the blower mounts both easy fixes the pan crack won’t hurt function sheet metal is in rough shape on the bottom I will ship this but I will cut off the sheet metal below the top door opening unless you want to pick it up in Central Wisconsin 54408 it will all get packed in heavy foam for shipping
