IN CAN. 1954, placing this tool in the mid-1950s era production range. Good vintage user condition with surface wear/oxidation from age and use (see photos). This antique blacksmith works tool is a Champion No. 40 blower and forge co, manufactured in the United States. It is a great addition to any collection of vintage tools and hardware. The blower is in good working condition and is perfect for those who enjoy blacksmithing and metalwork. Oiler port spring is working. Legs have heavy rust on bottom & both top and bottom brackets have damage to retaining plates, see pics. Top bracket plate can be replaced with some work, not to complicated part.
