Nice old Martin’s spokeshave made in USA by Cincinnati Tool Co. 2 1/4″ blade is sharp and ready to work. There was no paint left on the body when I got it, so I repainted it with multiple coats of Rustoleum Satin Black with a couple of coats of boiled linseed oil. This has worked well with a couple of spokeshaves that are in my collection. This model is a great tool, I have one just like it that I use all the time. It is beefier than similar Stanley spokeshaves.
