Snap-On Tools Blue Point Pocket Clip 30-06 Bullet Casing Punch Trench Art

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION Up for sale is what I think is a Blue Point Tools center punch. I can’t find any other examples of this one so I am not sure what if any parts are original or from when. It has 30-06 casing shell on the end that might have been added and if so the pocket clip might be an addition as well? It is marked Blue Point 30 PSI MAX followed by 7 dots that may have been added when the previous owner scratched/inscribed their name on it. I have assumed it might have a Trench Art association? It measures when fully open about 5” long. There is wear and oxidation/tarnish. The opening has evidence of knocks/denting. I have not tested to see if it will hold a point tight but it does unscrew/screw? I am selling this as is, as a collectible/novelty item.
