Good condition for its age. Made out of heavy card stock. These countertop advertisements were not designed to last a lifetime, and unfortunately this one has some condition issues. With that said it still displays well and has a classic timeless look to it. Please not the clipped corners and creasing on the card stock. There’s also some staining and discoloration. It is also missing the easel on the backside. In my opinion this is a rare piece of advertising. I’ve only seen a couple of these sold and they definitely don’t come up often. Vintage Cut Easy hatchet hammer. it is in good condition. the hammer head and the hatchet are nice and clean with no rust. the blade needs sharpened but has no nicks in it. the handle probably ought to be replaced. there is some very slight movement in it. the bottom of the handle is starting to split as you can see in the pictures but is still usable as it is. the hatchet weighs approx.1 lb. overall length is approx. 10 1/2 inches. the handle length from the bottom of the hatchet is approx. 9 inches. everything i have read about East Cut Axes says that this was made by Spiller Axe Co. in Oakland Maine. this company went out of business in 1965. no guarantees on this info. if i am wrong, please send me a message so i can correct this listing. any questions ??? feel free to ask
