Antique RARE Blue Point CF-2 1930s Automotive Engine Valve Key Patent# 1779306

very RARE VINTAGE 1930S BLUE-POINT SNAP-ON CF-2 AUTOmobile ENGINE VALVE KEY REPLACER Tool Made in kenosha, wi, USA This is a great Antique/Vintage Tool! It was made in the 1930s by Blue Point, now Snap-On. It was used at some point and does show signs of wear, as most antique tools do. The handle has a slight bend in it, but everything else is in great condition. The imprinting on the handle is still very easily read and shows up nicely. The clamp and sliding part work smoothly. The tool can easily be cleaned up if desired to look to be near new! There is no visible rust anywhere! The License Patent number shows it was invented by Ira J. Clark of Fork Morgan, Colorado, licensed to manufacture by Blue Point in the 1930s. It was also featured in a 1933 issued Snap-On catalog, as I found in my research of the tool. Imprint reads: BLUE POINT CF-2 KENOSHA, WIS. U.S.A. LIC. PAT. 1779306 SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS It’s such a rare find that I can’t even locate another one on the Internet!
