Both the ruler and clip are marked “Executive”. Made in U.S.A.The ruler front has “Walker” and the back has “Use Sliding Clip As A Depth Gauge” and Metric Equivalents.The black leatherette or vinyl case has metal edging, and has “Seaway Automotive Warehouse Co.” in gold print on the front.Used condition. The ruler has light scratches and there is some wear to the black numbers on the upper back (4 to 8 depth) and lines. The clip has tarnish, rust. The case has wear, rubs to the gold print, a small tarnish spot on the metal edge. Please view pictures.
