Antique Screw Stem Plough Plow Plane By Fairclough & Co Stamped with clear makers mark on end “Fairclough & Co, 72 Byron street, Liverpool”. Stems are in good order and are not warped. Plane is in fairly good condition for the age and has been looked after, has an Ibbotson iron fitted. One of the brass ferrules is missing from the end of one of the stems. Beautiful Fairclough molding plane. Smaller profile and only about 2″ wide. The heel looks to be marked with a #6 or #8. The wood is in good condition with some wear as shown. The iron has some rust but has alot of life left! If you have any questions please ask. I do my best to describe each item to the best of my knowledge.
