This fine Witherby slick from one of the most sought after tool makers. Edge holding ability is amongst the very best . One of the cleanest available…. Steel blade is 8 3/8” to the shoulder, 3 1/2” wide, thickness at the neck 11/16”, total steel length 15 1/4”, overall 27 5/8”.. Original handle has one small chip and one larger (both pictured)… Tape measure not included….

Stanley #94 SW Shoulder Cabinetmakers Rabet Plane – USA – FINE !

This Stanley #94 shoulder plane has the “Sweetheart” logo and is made in the USA. It is in fine condition by ANY definition and actually looks considerably better in person than in the pics. It has no apologies whatever except for a VERY TINY nick along the bottom edge (see pic). The plating is near 100% and there is no damage at all. A lite polishing will make this plane shine like a new penny. It is exactly as I got it – no polishing or buffing. A great example of this somewhat rare Plane.
