The reimburse can work in two ways: TOTAL REFUND: A total refund ONLY will happen if the item was completely lost or damage in the way that it can’t be used anymore. To have a complete refund you need to ship the item back, including the broken pieces and send pictures of the broken item and pictures from the packing box. The costs of the return belongs to the buyer. A total refund also can happen if you don’t like your item. In this case the return of the item is also mandatory. PARTIAL REFUND: A partial refund will happen if only a part of your purchase was damage due the shipping process. The value of the partial refund will be agreed between buyer and seller.
