It has the metal alloy selector lever. It has a 22 tooth gear. I took it apart, cleaned it, inspected it, re-oiled it and put it back together. It is ready for use and works great. There is a 9 dot centerpunch engraving of dots making an “E” on the right side of the head (Kinda blends in and not too noticeable, see the last photo with the red pointer) and normal usage marks.
