I am offering for sale this Fine Antique Ca1847-1852 HALL CASE & CO, COLUMBUS Screw Arm Filletster Plane. INV#JW14 This unhandled screw arm filletster plane is marked on toe: HALL CASE & CO, COLUMBUS Ohio. On heel there is the owner initials but hard to make out (see photo). Plane is in very good condition but shows the typical stains, nicks, hairlines and scars from use and age. (please review all photos)This was purchased right out of a Master Carpenters workshop. It is in original “as found” condition. The brass thumbscrew and plate is in working order and would polish up nicely. The wooden screw arms and knobs have typical nicks, dings but turn and operate properly. (see photos). The cutter is marked OHIO TOOL CO.!!! It is rusted and pitted. It measures 8-1/4″ L x 1/4″ W.
