Returns and Refunds Returns and Refunds Returns and Refunds The process of returning an item or obtaining a refund should be initiated within 30 days of delivery to make the process as simple as possible. The amount of the refund will be subject to our Restocking Fee Policy, which you can see below. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.  Standard Returns are accepted for most merchandise. Please see the list below for excluded items. (Generators and power equipment) ·      Outdoor Equipment and Power Tools.  ·      Outdoor Living and furniture.  ·      Heaters and cooling supplies.  ·      Special Orders.  ·      BBQ grills.  ·      Oversize items.  ·      Items including over 50lbs.  ·      Items that require special delivery (LTL shipments).   How to qualify for a return? To qualify for a general return, the item(s):  Must be in resellable condition Must be free from scratches and/or defectsMust not have been installedMust be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.Must be in the original manufacturer’s box unaltered, unopened, and completely sealed. Must not be missing pieces Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout Voluntary returns may incur a cost to the customer depending on the size and type of product.  For the item to arrive at our distribution center in saleable condition, please repackage it exactly as it was delivered. In addition to the original packing slip, all return packages must include a blank warranty card, manuals, and accessories. It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number from the carrier when returning a package, so you can trace its progress until our distribution center receives it. In the event that a package is refused, undeliverable, or marked as unclaimed, it will be refunded once it is received back at our distribution center. To comply with the tax laws in each state, it?s not possible to change neither the delivery address nor the products within after confirming an order. When you are at the final stages of the checkout, please take the time to verify your shipping details are correct before making the purchase.
