Made in Japan Royal 413 3″ Swivel base Vice, with anvil horn. Comes with the bolts and nuts to bolt it down. It is in the original condition as I aquired it and hasn’t been cleaned or messed with. There are no noticeable cracks or missing parts that would affect the operation of it. The vice does gave have dirt, grime, rust, marks, and scratches, so please check all the pictures as they are part of the description and will show the vices condition and any issues it has.
