The plane has been repainted, with black paint on the inside of the body and the cap including the “wheel”, and with a clear coating on the sole and the outer sides of the body, and on both sides of the iron.

Antique KK Keen Kutter No.60 Low Angle Block Plane RARE & Collectable
I have a hard to find KK no.60 block low angle plane for sale. This is a good working plane, that adjusts laterally well. Its design for lateral adjustment is unique. It has some wear in the adjuster for the mouth, in the steel where it enters the body, but works well. It has been cleaned up and could be cleaned up more if you are wanting to restore it. The cap has wear on its finish. I have never found one of these before, they are hard to find. Very collectable and hard to find. Thank you for looking.
