Is this small clamp made by Lintoy made in Hong Kong. It does open and close. I don’t know what else it’s supposed to do.

Made in Hong Kong, likely during the 1970s, this toy tool features a working jaw and authentic detailing. The finish shows age-related wear and paint loss consistent with its age and use. Stamped “Lintoy” on one side and “Made in Hong Kong” on the other.
