I believe this is an older Lowell (newer superseded model is 8E4D1?). since it was with a bunch of Lowell Ratchets in a tooling cabinet when I acquired it. There are no markings on it. Anyways, this is a excellent working used articulating double socket wrench that is index-able.

Lowell No. 22 Hex Drive Ratchet
Lowell hex drive scaffold ratchet. Good used condition. Can be reversed by flipping it over or it can be reversed in place by indicator knob at end of handle.
