Mann Edge Tool Co True American Single Bit Axe Head 4lb, 7-1/2″ Length, Vintage

This is a Mann’s axe. I tuned the what looks to me to be curly maple handle and carved it to an Octagonal shape. It is either Hickory or Curly maple. 36″ overall. I believe it to be a 4lb head. Beautiful wall hanger or user. She’d split some knotty wood or fell a tree. True American Single bit. Kinda hard to let this one go but Axe season is around the corner. See pictures for description.
