It measures 12-3/8″ L when closed. Wrench is still working extremely smooth for its age. The manufacturing mark is on one side of the head are still very clear and legible for a tool of this age. Some dings on iron and handle, it has not been cleaned or polished up. Wheel threads have some scars but still moves freely and easily. The mouth has the typical scars from use, it opens approximately 2-1/4″ W. It weighs 2 lbs 15oz. The edges are beveled to help get into tight areas, as when cleaning up narrow mortises or dovetails. Completing the chisels are beautiful 5-1/4″” long tropical hardwood handles, which are tapered for comfort in use, and fitted with attractive brass ferrules. Depending on the size, the chisels in the set have an overall length of approximately 10-1/2″” to 11″”, with a blade length of 4-3/4″” to 5-3/4″”. Made in England from fine Sheffield steel. 4 Pc.
