1920 vintage Billings & Spencer No 53 Ratchet Socket wrench set wooden box CONN.
What a rare find. I just love the antique look of this 100 year old box. Much of the lettering is still intact inside, indicating the box was for aratchet, socket, and wrench set. The box is strong and totally useable as is (I like the history shown in the ‘repairs’, and in the eraant hand writing in the lid.note it is the early cursive style of the early 1900’s!).

This set is in perfect working order and the fine adjust wheel works nicely. No issues! The Starrett manufacturer’s stamp is barely legible, but you can still make out “ATHOL MASS” so it is an earlier variant.

vintage USA LOT of 2 Great Neck No 9 coping saws for woodworking shop tools box
Here’s a nice, earlier, made-in-USA LOT of 2 GREAT NECK coping saws. Both are model Number 9. Both in excellent “barely used” condition. Handles have a brass insert for strength and durability – really nicely made saws.

Here’s an early LOT OF 2 usa awl tools with wood handles. Still useable. This tool has a “channel” along the tip.but no hole through. Not sure what that is for, unless the channel is supposed to carry material “out” of the hole as you withdraw the tool.
