Vintage Peck, Stow & Wilcox No. 1 Extra 1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Socket Framing Chisel

(Peck, Stow, & Wilcox Made in USA). With Chocolate Brown Tropical Hardwood Handle that is 5-1/2″ Long including socket cone. No leather striking cap. Primary and secondary bevels were honed from 400 grit to 8,000 grit.

Overall good shape. See pictures for condition. I tried to take as many pictures as I could. The blade is sharp and doesn’t have any major nicks or chips. There is a circle stamp with P.S. & W with a fist. Under the fist it gets hard to read. There is a “10” stamped to the left of the blade on the shoulder I assume for 10″ since the blade is 10″. There is an “S” stamped on the right shoulder. Ask any questions. Make an offer and see my other listings thank you.
