Old hammer. Unbranded. Good condition for its age, see pictures for signs of wear. It appears to have been hand forged to be used as either a slate hammer and/or battle hammer. It has a wide grip wooden handle with a metal sleeve to protect and reinforce the handle and head. The construction does not appear to be design for snow/ice, but it does have some characteristics of a snow knocker. Weighs 14.3 oz with handle on. Handle measures at 15”. Head measures at just under 4 1/4”

This is a Stanley No. 4 Bench Plane No. 12-904 that is Contractor Grade, Made in England. It has the original box and the fold out brochure with it. It is smooth bottom and has some white paint on the bottom which I will let the new owner remove as so desired. The blade has cutting edge of 2″ and is marked Stanley Made In England 25 degree angle for grinding. It has been used but very little. Buyer to pay s/h calculated in USA via priority mail.
