MARSHALL PATENT 1941 – SAFE T GRIP LADDER ATTACHMENT PAIR CLAMP TOOLS – CO KY
This is a Marshall patent, awarded in 1941. These would have mounted to each side of a ladder, and held the top of the ladder away from the wall. They are 13″ in length. Most of the threads are frozen, and I have not attempted to loosen any of them.
