The SAE set is brand new. It is made in China. Everything is exact as it should be. The metric set is used. The Ratchet inside the set is USA made. It is a replacement because this kit was originally China made. The 13 mm socket is a cobalt. Five through 12 are a mix of Chinese Craftsman and Taiwan Craftsman. They are all to spec.
