as-is symmetrical ovolo & cove wood molding plane uncommon profile not marked

You are bidding on one AS-IS symmetrical cove & ovolo wood molding plane as pictured.It is not marked anywhere that I can find. Overall length of the plane is about 9-3/16″. Width of the cut is just under 1-1/8″. The profile is a small cove, the larger ovolo in the middle, and the matching small cove on the other side, with a small fence on the left side. Please see page 280 of the book The Wooden Plane by John Whelan for more information about this profile. There are a number of condition issues. There are large chips out of the lower right side at both ends as shown. The plane appears recently sanded over the entire plane including the wedge, but there are still some remnats of white paint to clean off. The wood is very grainy, with some chips in the left side owing to the grain. There is also a split in the top left corner also owing to the grain. And there are at least 9 nail or screw holes on the lower right side, and a magnet said 5 of them still had the remnants of the nail or screw. The profile of the iron is a hair larger than the profile of the body, and the right hand edge of the iron sticks out past the body a bit. The iron has some rust. The plane is reasonably straight if you sight down either inner edge. The wedge doesn’t match well for color, but seems to fit well despite being sanded, and appears to be the original wedge.
