Stanley Transitional Wood Bottom Plane Lever Cap For No. 27-1/2, 2-1/4″ Wide

It has “2 1/4” cast into the recess in the back and the back has also been painted by a previous owner. There is minor wear and it works perfectly. When applicable, I try to grade the condition of every tool and part objectively using John Walter’s grading system from his “Antique & Collectible Stanley Tools” price guide as described below.
