Although it could be a user. Has a 1/4″ cutter on it, cam lock works as well as the adjuster. Has both depth gauges. Has to short rods only. Rosewood knob is in good condition with no cracks. Rosewood handle has a hairline crack near one of the pins.

This was only done with the early rules marked Stanley Rule & Level Co. There is a flaw in the wood on the outside next to the “2” on the back side which was probably the issue. Otherwise the rule looks good showing very moderate wear from use.
