Antique Wilson Bohannan pancake-style padlock, marked “WILSON BOHANNAN BROOKLYN N.Y.” with patent date No. 82 (1882). This is a classic round case design with a sliding dust cover over the keyhole. Wilson Bohannan is a renowned American lock manufacturer, and the “Brooklyn, N.Y.” mark dates this to their earlier period of production before they moved to Marion, Ohio (pre-1927). Condition: Antique/relic condition with authentic patina. The lock shows surface pitting, dark brown patina, and green verdigris oxidation consistent with age. The sliding keyhole cover is present. No key is included. Sold as found, untested. Ships securely packed via USPS.
