The new parent company changed its name to Easco Corporation in 1969, and continued to produce tools for Sears and other customers. Easco also expanded its product line to include power tools, diagnostic equipment, shop equipment, and software solutions. – In 1993, Easco Corporation was acquired by Snap-on, Inc., a large industrial conglomerate that also owned other tool brands such as Snap-on Tools, Proto, Facom, and Blackhawk. Easco became a subsidiary of Snap-on and continued to operate independently under its own name and logo. – In 2011, Easco Corporation was officially renamed Snap-on Industrial Brands, and included other brands such as Bahco and CDI Torque Products.
