Antique Will B Lane Unique Hex Drive Ratchet Patented Jan 14 1908 Chicago ILL. Well used condition. Has rust and pitting. Has scratches and dings. The action does seem to work. The head is kinda shaped like an allen wrench head. It is 6 sided, but it has a ball on it like a regular ratchet. The head is worn. Not sure what size it is.
