These are in great shape with a little bit of patina, they appear essentially unused/unsharpened. These are no longer available and have been discontinued by LN. This is the miter box that all others were designed after. This is an early box and saw, produced around 1910. I cleaned the miter box and the saw plate, but did not do anything to remove anything that was original to the box or saw.

All in all, a nice plane made by Millers Falls for Craftsman and designed just like a Stanley 78 rabbet plane. If you are looking to buy a Stanley/Millers Falls/Craftsman 78 rabbet plane – this feature is NICE.ALso, check the two fingers, that they are not worn down to catch the back of the notched blade.
