Graphite Foundry Crucibles are made from a combination of graphite and clay, and are used for melting copper, brass,gold, silver, copper aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals. Their thick inner walls can handle direct heat and open flame foundries. They can be used with our propane melting furnaces as well as a standard torch method.Rated to withstand temperatures up to1 560°F - 2912°F - (850°C - 1600°C). 10kg Crucibles can load 10 kg brass or 3 kg aluminum or 12 kg silver. * Orders Shipping within 1 or 2 day by UPS Ground .
