This Jeweler's micro tap & die set is useful for making internal and external threads on small jewelry parts, also for threading wire or re-threading stripped threads on tiny screws. Contains 14 different taps, sizes from .1 mm to 2 mm in approximately 0.1mm increments; approximately 48-32 TPI. Taps measure about 1 1/4" and have 2 mm (3/32") shanks. The die plate measures 3 1/4".
