Vintage cast iron M.B. Skinner-Seal emergency pipe clamp marked 1/2” standard IPS. Used for temporary pipe leak repair. Includes bolts and one rubber insert (split). Missing second insert. Heavy-duty old-school construction. Good for use, parts, or display. Condition— Used. Surface rust/patina. One rubber liner is split and the other is missing—will need replacement for proper sealing.
