1920s Snap-On 5/8” Drive Ratchet that functions the way ratchets do when backing up for another bite. I didn't put it under a load, but.. It works. To reverse it's direction, the center piece is removed and installed in the opposite side. Pictured with it both in and out demonstrating the detents aren't seized. Neat old tool a collector aught to have.
