Here we have up for sale an early 1800's M & H Armitage #1-2-17 185 pound Anvil. This anvil has been around for almost two centuries and would love to know the repair stories that this piece could tell. This one is pretty clean and true. Anvil has usage marks, but has lots of "Forged-in-Fire" life left in it. Anvil is in VERY GOOD+ overall condition. Would prefer local pick-up for this item as shipping would not be cheap (especially if I do it...lol). Anvil belongs to a family friend and can be picked up here In Sandwich or ?
