I’m guessing post-WWII. Vintage 14-inch Stainless Steel Caliper; marked “Made in Germany” but belonging to the “U.S. Govt.” Comes with original wood box. Box is in good shape with scratches and a few cracks, but intact. Calipers have some age staining and wear, with some incremental markings becoming faint.
