Winthrop, Conn., Combination & Filletster toted screw arm plow plane. This plow plane has been gently cleaned up. All I did was wipe it down. The wooden fence is frozen & I could not take out cutter to photograph.

It is unmarked, but appears to be an Ohio lever cap. It has a lot of pitting on the front side, and a prior owner’s solution was to heavily sand the front as can be seen. The lower edge appears to be ground down slightly.

Ohio Tool Co. Antique Original Wooden Plow Plane Woodworking Plane w/ Iron Blade
I cleaned this up some and sharpen the blade a little and it does work. Some of the wooden screw is stripped as is typical with these. Everything is moving freely right now there’s one crack in one of the knobs (see photos) but it works fine. The tip is also off the handle, but if your handy you can restore it. Some people cut the bad section of threads off and shorten these slightly as an easier way to restore the thread.
